File Quality & Format Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. We do not correct, edit, or recreate files. Submissions such as low-resolution images, screenshots, or incorrect formats (e.g., JPG instead of required file type) will be rejected.3. Submission Deadline Artwork must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or by the deal expiration date (whichever is later). Orders without a valid submission within this timeframe will be considered forfeited.4. No Complimentary Fixes Our team will not adjust or repair artwork files. If your file does not meet requirements, you will need to resubmit a corrected version within the submission window.5. Refund Policy Due to the discounted nature of this offer:
- No refunds will be issued for purchases under $19
- For orders $19 and above, refunds may be considered only if no valid artwork has been submitted
6. Production Approval Orders will only move into production once a correct, template-compliant file has been received.
